Tradition and technology blends in our wine cellar, where we look after grapes in stainless steel or concrete monitored-temperature vats. The modern cooper was born in the old wine cellar and is now also collocated in an old stable near it, where we have perfect conditions to maturate our wine within French durmast tonneaux of different origins.
The vinsantaia (vin santo’s cellar) is the farm magic place, where we collocated caratelli, small 75 L. vats, within our centenarian historic mothers model our rich grapes’ must, giving us finest quality and elegant vin santo and Occhio di Pernice.
