October 2017, first week. Harvest by hand of our grapes from the farm Le Caggiole.
A slow alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts for 24 days after a mild and cold grapes pressing, within stainless steel tanks at monitored temperature. We pay attention to the fermentation temperatures in this stage: with low-level temperatures, our territory grapes fragrance and freshness are not compromised.
This kind of wine must first stay in stainless steel and vitrified cement tanks for a small period of static rest and maturation, so that it naturally reaches its clearness and its balance. It is bottled and it ages for a small period in glass bottles.

With this wine we want to pass down our farming philosophy and Montepulciano’s typical characteristics, which is a land of best quality red wines, although it also had great quality white wines in the past. We want to keep the peculiar territory qualities of Le Caggiole with this white wine.
Brumesco shows itself with an intense straw-yellow and a golden glare.
Clear aroma, it resembles exotic fruits, although it maintains the typical characteristics of the local vine variety.
It has a pleasing flavour and a good persistence in mouth, it is sustained by a right sourness which maintains his fresh and well balanced character.
It is a good wine for many circumstances: it tastes good with pasta and fish dishes, with white meat and with various kind of cheese. It can also be tasted without food, as a cocktail. Best temperature to serve: 10-12°C. This wine bottle can be uncorked at any moment, but we suggest you to oxygenate it for a few minutes to better taste its qualities.
